Wash your hands frequently and drink plenty of water, and insist on washing your hands strictly according to the six-step method before eating and after going to the toilet.

Return to your home and follow the instructions to remove and dispose of the mask. Wash your hands and disinfect immediately. Wipe the phone and keys with a sterile wipe or 75% alcohol. Undress gently and hang in a ventilated place.
